All Starbound rebounder workout routines rebounding on a mini trampoline should begin with a gentle pulsing motion. Pulsing should always precede a more vigorous rebounding aerobics workout on your mini trampoline. Rebounder Pulsing will gradually raise the heart rate, and enable you to become familiar with the working size and surface of the mini trampoline mat.
Purely Pulsing stimulates the conditions that pump your lympatics system. Pulsing on the rebounder helps you to establish deeper breathing patterns, increase oxygen supplies, stimulate circulation in general, activate rhythmical muscular movemet through your whole body.
When pulsing set up a rhytmical pattern with your breath, breathing in through your nose and out with the mouth.
The rebounding motion of pulsing releases residual tensions in the upper back, chest, and shoulders, and helps to relieve general muscular aches and pains. This is gentle yet powerful lymphatic exercise. Research has shown that very gentle vibrational movement is effective for a cardiovasular workout.
