I always suggest you warm up thoroughly before a Starbound bounce workout. But there are times when you have been doing other routines and just want to bounce!
This option of Play All 'Just Bounce' enables you to bounce along to all Starbound Workout sequences in the Five Star Fitness series - from Pulse raising through to Shine.
I suggest you stretch when completed - either the Deep Stretch in Zone Five or the Essential Stretch in Zone Two.
