The Health Bounce, ideally performed as a stroking routine while exercising on your mini trampoline at the beginning of your sessions. The health bounce includes a series of lymphatic reflex stroking techniques to activate energy meridians, increase lymphatic circulation, and break down muscular tension.
It’s important to raise lymphatic circulation gently at the beginning of your rebounding sessions when using mini trampoline rebounders. Pulsing gently raises lymphatic flow, by deepening respiration and breathing patterns, whilst activating muscular contractions of the calves and abdominal muscles. Pulsing at the beginning of rebounding sessions gently stimulates and balances lymphatic meridians and circulation. And also by including pulsing sequences at the end of your mini trampoline workouts, you settle circulation gradually, which avoids fluid from pooling in the extremities of your legs.
