The Starbound Workout Volume One 'Five Star Fitness' has been designed to provide you hours of mix and match rebounding workout videos routines with a masterclass rebounding menu to help you learn and develop routines using your mini trampoline from beginners workouts to advanced progressions. With videos in 5 essential rebounding exercise zones - 5 Star Fitness, presented in 3 Modules from 1 Star foundation skills, progressing through 2 Star intermediate, rebounding through advanced 3 Star progression. This video Showcase provides you all Starbound Mini trampoline videos in the Volume One Starbound rebounding exercise series.

Rebounding exercise routines in each of three modules are preceded by a directory of Starbound rebounding exercise workout skills. Each module of rebounding workouts are interspersed with sculpting routines. An extensive but foundation mobility routine for warm up is a great way to prepare your body for the workout to come. You have a choice of two stretch routines, essential stretch and deep stretch, performed on and around your mini trampoline.
